These terms and conditions apply to your use of the give-me-info services (as defined below). The terms and conditions also include the privacy policy.

The give-me-info services from now referenced to as 'services' include all services which are directly or indirectly provided by the give-me-info website. The services can only be used when accepting these terms and conditions.

For the use of the services it is required to provide some personal information such as, but not limited to, country, timezone and email address. This information is confidential and is only to be used by the services where it is required for a good service. In accordance to this your email address will not be used to send you unwanted emails (spam).

All information provided to us by the user will be kept private and will not intentionally be shared with third parties unless:
  • We have your prior consent to disclose such information
  • We need to disclose such information to fullfill a transaction you have requested
  • We are required to disclose such information to authorized officers of the court in order to comply with valid legal process

The user is identified by it's email address and because of such it is required to give a valid email address of which you are the owner. It is not allowed to use our service together with an email address of which you are not the owner. You will be accountable for any damage created because of your refusal to comply to this rule.

Our service is provided as is. We can not be held responsible for any misfunctioning of our service, this includes but is not limited to undelivered or undeliverable emails.

Minor or large changes can be made to this agreement from time to time, therefore you should review this agreement periodically. The latest version can be obtained at http://give-me.info/terms.php. But under no circumstances we can change the agreement if it is to compromise the confidentiallity of the information provided by the user or if the change is made in order to be able to send unwanted emails (spam) to the user.
